This disclosure describes how the NXIVO AI Receptionist platform — operated by SalemWise Solutions, a trade name of Iskhak LLC ("NXIVO", "we", "our", "us") — facilitates SMS consent and messaging on behalf of businesses that use our Service.
Important: NXIVO is the technology platform (Independent Software Vendor / ISV) that powers AI-driven communications. The actual SMS messages you receive are sent from the phone number of the specific business you contacted — not from NXIVO directly. Each business using NXIVO is registered as an independent messaging brand under applicable carrier regulations (10DLC).
1. How We Obtain Consent
SalemWise Solutions operates an AI Receptionist on behalf of small and medium businesses. When you call or interact with a business that uses our AI Receptionist, the AI may offer to send you transactional SMS messages related to your interaction — sent from that business's registered phone number.
During the call, the AI Receptionist will clearly identify itself, explain what messages you may receive, and ask for your explicit, affirmative consent before sending any SMS messages.
Example consent request:
"Would you like to receive an SMS confirmation for your appointment? Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out."
If you verbally agree, your consent is recorded in our systems before any message is sent. Consent is never assumed from silence or inaction — it must be affirmative. You can withdraw your consent at any time as described in Section 5.
This service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By providing consent, you confirm you are 18 or older.
2. Sender Identity & Platform Role
SMS messages you receive are sent from the phone number of the business you contacted. That phone number is registered to that business under the 10-digit long code (10DLC) system governed by mobile carriers and The Campaign Registry (TCR).
NXIVO / SalemWise Solutions acts as the ISV (Independent Software Vendor) and Campaign Service Provider (CSP) — the technology infrastructure layer that routes and manages messaging on behalf of registered business clients. NXIVO is not the sender of record. The business whose number appears in your SMS thread is the legally registered sender.
The sending number will be consistent for each business using the Service.
3. What Messages You Will Receive
If you provide consent, you may receive transactional SMS messages such as:
- Appointment Confirmations — confirming the date, time, and details of your appointment
- Appointment Reminders — reminding you of upcoming appointments
- Payment Links — secure links to complete payment for services rendered
- Follow-up Instructions — post-service information relevant to your interaction
We do not use SMS messages sent under this program for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the number of appointments or services you schedule. In most cases, you will receive between 1 and 5 messages per appointment or service interaction.

5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.
After you send STOP:
- You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out
- No further messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide new explicit consent

8. Consent Records
We maintain detailed records of your consent, including:
- Your phone number
- The date, time, and call session ID at which consent was provided
- The exact consent language used by the AI Receptionist during the call
- The name of the business on whose behalf consent was obtained
Consent records are retained for a minimum of four (4) years in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) statute of limitations. These records are available for legal and compliance review upon valid request.
9. TCPA Compliance & 10DLC Registration
All SMS communications facilitated through the NXIVO platform are routed through phone numbers registered to individual business clients under the 10-digit long code (10DLC) system. Each business using NXIVO is required to complete Brand and Campaign registration with The Campaign Registry (TCR) prior to sending any SMS messages through the platform.
NXIVO is registered as an ISV (Independent Software Vendor) and Campaign Service Provider (CSP) with applicable carriers. Business clients are the registered Brands and senders of record. As such, each business client bears independent legal responsibility for their compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, applicable FCC regulations, and any state telecommunications laws.

10. Privacy
Your phone number and any personal information associated with SMS messaging are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
